    Frequently asked questions

    How will you notify me?

As soon as a slot opens, we send an instant SMS and email to the contact details you provide.

    How fast is the alert?

As soon as our robots detect it. Slots often disappear within minutes, so book right away.

    How much is it?

Two plans: Premium €20 (SMS + email, 1 month) and VIP €50 (SMS + email + automatic booking).

Do you book the appointment for me?

With Premium, you book the slot yourself on tlscontact.com as soon as you get the alert. With VIP, our robot logs in to your TLScontact account and books the first open slot; this needs valid TLS login details and an application created on tlscontact.com. We do not guarantee a slot or a date.
